About Domira Home Care
Domira Home Care provides structured, nurse-led, non-medical home care for adults 18 and older. Founded by Nick Julian, a nurse and Certified Dementia Practitioner, Domira emphasizes thoughtful caregiver matching, continuity, proactive follow-up, owner involvement and clear family communication.
Services include personal care, companionship, homemaking, dementia support, post-hospital recovery support, respite, transportation and errands, medication reminders, awake overnight care and shift-based 24-hour care. Visits have a four-hour minimum. Care is provided in clients’ homes and is subject to assessment and caregiver availability.
Serving Frisco, Prosper, Plano, McKinney, Little Elm, The Colony, Aubrey and nearby North Dallas. Private pay; long-term care insurance reimbursement depends on the policy. We do not bill Medicare or Medicaid and do not provide pediatric care or skilled nursing services. Texas Personal Assistance Services license 024819.
Free in-home consultations are available. Our Plano address is for mailing only, with no walk-in services.
